Service

Office hardware

We buy, configure and deliver your office workstations. You decide how many and by when, the rest is our problem.

In short

Hardware supply for offices in Tirana: desktops and laptops, monitors, docking, peripherals and printers, delivered installed and ready to use, with warranty and replacement handled for you.

The difference between an office that works and one that fights its computers is rarely how much was spent. It is what was chosen: someone in spreadsheets all day does not need the same machine as someone editing video, and buying everything identical for simplicity means overpaying for half the team and underpaying for the other half.

We start from how the work actually happens: what software runs, how many screens are needed, who moves around and who stays put, how much fan noise is acceptable in a shared room. Out of that comes a configuration per profile, usually two or three profiles in total, which keeps costs sane and the fleet consistent.

What we supply

Everything that switches on at a desk, plus what sits behind it.

  • Desktops and laptops

Business-class machines, not repainted consumer gear. Extendable warranty, available spare parts, and a model you can order again next year instead of a different one every time.

  • Monitors, docking and peripherals

Dual screens where they pay off, docking stations for people who come and go with a laptop, keyboards and mice that last more than a year, headsets that survive calls.

  • Printers and scanners

Networked multifunction units sized on real volume, with scan-to-folder and scan-to-mail already configured rather than left as homework.

  • Servers and NAS when needed

Not every office needs one. When a local archive is required, a NAS with redundant disks and an off-site backup is often the right answer.

  • Installation done for you

Operating system, company accounts, software, printers, disk encryption and security policies. The workstation arrives switched on and already on the network.

  • Lifecycle tracking

We keep a record of what was delivered, to whom and when, so a refresh can be planned instead of suffered.

How delivery happens

  1. 01

    Profiling

We define two or three workstation profiles based on the work, rather than a parts list.

  2. 02

    Comparative quote

You get the options with both the purchase and the rental maths, so the decision is financial rather than emotional.

  3. 03

    Preparation

Machines are configured by us before they leave: no rushed installs on someone's desk.

  4. 04

    Delivery and handover

We bring them, connect them, verify them and leave a list of what is where. Support starts from that point.

A note on pricing

We do not publish a price list because a workstation can run from a few hundred euros to several thousand depending on the work it does. The quote shows the configuration, the price and why that choice, with the cheaper alternative next to it.

Questions about this service

Yes. We inventory what is there, say what is worth keeping and what is not, and fill the gaps. There is no sense in scrapping machines with two or three useful years left.
