Quadiware is the service through which QuadiLab Sh.p.k. handles the technical side of offices in Albania. It comes out of the Quadilo group, which builds software and infrastructure.

Quadiware is the office hardware, rental and IT support service for Albania run by QuadiLab Sh.p.k. (NIPT M61817005I), registered in Tirana and part of the Quadilo group.

Quadilo works on software and infrastructure. Doing that, over the years, we kept meeting the same scene: a company with an ambitious digital project and an office where the network drops during meetings and nobody has ever verified a backup. The least interesting part of IT is the part that decides whether the rest works.

Quadiware came out of that, as a service for offices that have no IT department and no reason to have one. The base is Tirana, where QuadiLab Sh.p.k. is registered, and that is not an administrative detail: it means when somebody has to physically go to an office, somebody goes.

How we work

We give the numbers up front
Quotes with separated line items, alternatives where they exist and realistic timing. If a date is not achievable we say so while it can still change, not the day before.
We don't sell what you don't need
A six-person office does not need the infrastructure of a sixty-person one. Over-sizing is the easiest way to inflate a quote and the fastest way to lose trust.
We leave documentation behind
Credentials, diagrams and inventory stay with the client. If you ever change supplier, whoever comes next finds things in order.
