One supplier for the whole technical side
Quadiware is the office hardware, rental and IT support service for Albania run by QuadiLab Sh.p.k., based in Tirana.
Most offices under fifty people do not have, and have no reason to have, an internal IT department. They still have the same problems as one that does: computers to buy and replace, a network that has to survive video calls, backups that need to actually exist, accounts to grant and revoke as people join and leave, and data protection rules to follow.
What usually happens is that this gets split between three vendors who never talk to each other and one internal person doing it between other tasks. Quadiware replaces that piece: a single company that brings the machines, configures the network, keeps backups under control and answers the phone when you need it.

Four steps, no surprises in between. Timing depends on the number of workstations and hardware availability, and we tell you before we start.

How many people, what kind of work they do, whether the office already exists or needs fitting out, and when you need it ready.

Site visit or technical call
We look at the space, the connectivity available and what is already there. If you are still abroad we do it on a call and go on site ourselves.

You get a quote that compares buying against renting. Once approved, we prepare the machines and deliver them already configured.

Every tier can be bought or rented. Price depends on the number of workstations, the class of machine and the services included, so we put it in writing in a quote instead of publishing a price list that would tell you nothing.
