What we need to know
It is not a mandatory form: the first two points alone are enough to start.
How many workstations
The number of people who will use a computer, today and realistically a year from now.
Where the office is
Tirana, another Albanian city, or a site still to be chosen. It changes timing and the kind of work involved.
When it has to be ready
An approximate date is fine. If it is tied to an opening, say so immediately: we work backwards from there.
What you are missing
Hardware only, the whole fit-out, or support for an office that already exists and nobody looks after.
Buy, rent, or both to compare
If you have no preference, we put both calculations side by side in the quote.
What happens next
We reply with a few clarifying questions or directly with a proposal, depending on how defined the request is. If the office is in Tirana we suggest a site visit; if you are still abroad we do a video call and go on site ourselves.
There is no charge for the analysis and quoting stage, and no obligation to accept. If the conversation shows you need something other than what we do, we say so.
